Gattu Karunakar is looking for help from Spandana Foundation. He is 35 years old. He is suffering with Lungs Infection FROM March 1st. He is very poor.

He is admitted in NIMS Hyderabad and doctor is giving antibiotics and injections. The costs of these medicines are Around Rs.50000 day for first 2 weeks and Rs.8000 to Rs.10000 per day for 4 weeks and 5,000 for 4 more Weeks. He pulled all the resources (savings, land sale and private loans) to get the treatment. It cost him over Rs.7 lacks. They are short of Rs.2 lacks.

He is still suffering with Nerves weakness. Still all the parts in the body are not working and it may take more time.

They stopped both costly injections after 2 weeks dosage and now he is on medication which is cost around 8-10,000/- day apart from other charges.

Doctors want to continue treatment for 3-5 more weeks.
