Education

Sai Seva Trust does not believe in just helping children, rather we believe in changing the lives of these children. Education is the best tool to change the lives of these children. Education is the vision for one's eyes to see the world. Education encompasses teaching and learning specific skills, and also something less tangible but more profound: the imparting of knowledge, positive judgment and well-developed wisdom and help overcome dire poverty. Believing in this principle, the Trust covers the tuition fee and expenses towards accommodation. The Trust celebrates its anniversary during April/May every year. During which, the Trust covers all the basic needs for the kids which includes rice, clothes, foot wear, stationary, school bags, first aid.

Health

Many children suffering from dire poverty cannot afford proper medical assistance which sometimes may lead to death for no mistake of theirs. So the Trust not only provides education but also takes care of health of all these children. A medical camp is also being conducted during the anniversary. During the camp, medical practitioners of different specializations will perform a general checkup on the health standards of the children. The trust also provides food and clothing assistance for all these children.

Nutrition

EAT TO LEARN, LEARN TO EAT: THE LINK BETWEEN NUTRITION AND LEARNING IN CHILDREN At Sai Seva Trust, nutrition is another important aspect that we discuss with the kids and help them follow the best possible food habits and consume quality food. We understand that kids who are deficient in key nutrients at their tender age are more likely to have behavioral problems when they get older. Children who are hungry or undernourished also have more difficulty fighting infection. Therefore, they are more likely to become sick, miss school, and fall behind in class. Some children do not get enough to eat each day because they lack money to buy sufficient food. We spend good money on the nutrition aspect and make sure they live healthy.

Clothing

At Sai Seva Trust, we realize that clothing plays an equally important role in a child’s life. We take active measures to provide our kids with the basic clothing including the school uniforms and the clothes that gives them the comfort and warmth. We also explain them the importance of staying hygiene and work with the kids in attaining a hygienic environment at the places they live and study.

Accomodation

Sai Seva Trust has constructed its orphanage in about 800 Square yards at Komatipalli village, Hanamkonda Mandal of Warangal District. It can accomodate up to 300 kids and 50-75 old age people. The Trust takes cares of their other accomodation needs like arranging cots, bed sheets and address their other daily needs.
