HIV Positive Kids in Pandharpur,Solapur Distrct, Maharastra
A small organization named “Palawi”, in Pandharpur, Solapur District, Maharashtra, India has undertaken the unique and hard work of caring and rehabilitating such kids. They started this task without any funding from the government and have depended on individual donors. At present, “Palawi” has 41 kids who are schooled by the organization itself.
Spandana Foundation wants to support these kids under Cheyutha project by providing the basic necessities for their nutrition, education & health. Spandana would like to execute this project in two phases.
Phase-1: This is a one time project. Spandana would like to provide the following basic needs to the kids.
This is a recurring project. Spandana would like to adopt 5 HIV positive kids under this project and provide all the basic needs to them. Basic needs are listed below.
Phase-2 of this project is under planning stage. Based on the member's support we are planning to go ahead on this project. Please let Spandana know if you are interested in Phase-2 through any of the volunteers listed below. We sincerely appeal to donors to donate the money for these needy kids to make their life little better. You can sponsor a student every month or can sponsor any amount to support the project. As part of the initial response from Spandana, we have already sent the School Uniforms & Notebooks for these kids. We are looking for support from donors to help further.
